HND Students

HCL in collaboration with ESOFT has designed a unique fee-based training and hiring program for students with the following eligibility:

1. Completed their A-levels
2. Pursuing their Higher National Diploma (HND).

At the end of the 12-month training and hiring program, the student is assured an entry-level Software Engineer / IT Analyst job at HCL. You can continue to pursue your under-graduate education while working at HCL.

Program Highlights

  • Assured full-time IT job at HCL after 12 months of training
  • Training at ESOFT
  • Opportunity to continue undergraduate studies while working at HCL
  • Stipend of LKR 13,500 per month during apprenticeship
  • Starting Salary – LKR 360,000 per annum
  • Upto LKR 300,000 as higher education allowance

Eligibility

  • You should have completed GCE A level in 2010 or later with no standing arrears
  • You should be pursuing 1st / 2nd year of HND program
  • You should be a resident of Sri Lanka. Address proof is mandatory. Accepted proofs – NIC / Bank Passbook / License or Passport
