– Should have industry recognized ITIL / MCSE / A+ Certification – Experience on ticketing tools (like Remedy, Right now etc.)
– Desire to work in Remote Infrastructure Support organization and provide 24×7 support on rotation basis.
– Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment.
– Should have knowledge of Active Directory Creation/Access Management and other provision tasks.
– Should have knowledge of VMware platform, like creation/reconfiguration/mirroring of VDI.
– Should have knowledge of remote access, VPN and RAS token access management.
– Advance skills in troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems viz Windows Vista / XP / 2000
– Knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting either Lotus Notes Email Client or Microsoft Outlook
– Basic knowledge of LAN / WAN / Wireless Network and troubleshooting VPN / Internet Issues”
