1. Integration between UCCX and PBX platforms
2. Extensive hands-on experience on Scripting
3. Manage CTI integrations with call recording applications like Calabrio/Nice
4. Configuration of CSQs, agent skills, resource groups
5. Configuration/integration of Finesse agent and gadgets
6. Integration with 3rd party databases
7. Configuration and scripting to integrate with CRM applications like Service Now 8. Standard and custom Reporting through CUIC
