Job Description

3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Knowledge of full lifecycle TMS (Implementation to Support)
Effective communication and translate business requirements into system configuration
Effective understanding of issues related to TMS process and resolution
Support workshops, drive testing and training, serve as a resource for client troubleshooting
Translate customer challenges and pain points into solutions through creative thinking
Client facing, providing high levels of customer service
