Job Description

JD for Network Voice. Voice & Unified Communications:

Expert-level knowledge of:

– Design implementation and management of Skype For Business Server & Online
– Hands-on experience in managing 0365 tenant, server roles, administration of SfB, command line, etc.
– Skype For Business services support
– Skype For Business Enterprise Voice support
– SIP gateway services support
– Analog gateway services support
– Messaging support
– Microsoft Teams services support

Microsoft teams direct routing support Proficient knowledge in:
– Third-party audio and video conferencing
– Audio and Video conferencing integration with Skype and Teams
– Third-party Microsoft supported endpoints e.g. Phones, analog adaptors, etc.
– Troubleshooting endpoints

Expert Knowledge of:
– Industry standards and protocols
– PSTN gateways and circuits
– Call Routing
– Call treatment

Telecom Regulatory Basic knowledge in:
– Python and shell scripting

Candidate should:
– Have fair command on spoken English
– Excellent writing skills Adept at handling technical escalations
