Candidate should be willing to work flexible shift timings.
Should have experience working with Global clients.
Should have Good Knowledge and hands on experience on ITIL Processes, Certification would be an added advantage
Experience on managing Profit & Loss of Projects is an added advantage
Vendor management and follow-up
Perform Productive and Performance tuning of individuals.
Develop , maintain and Share reports/scorecards, dashboards & related to operations & productivity to customer and Internally.
Prepare and Present Operations reviews PPT on weekly , Monthly , quarterly and Annual basis to client and take the learnings back to team on the identified areas of improvement.
Drive Metrics and meet the expected SLAs
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Team members
Evaluate technical skills and provide regular feedback Monthly/quarterly/Annually.
Resource Management and Staffing resource as per the Business needs and maintain Training Plan for the Team
Ensure continuous improvement of services provided to the Client.
Act as Escalation contact to respond to issues /request from customer / users
Provide Problem Management System support activities.
Work with Application and Infrastructure Development teams to ensure a smooth transition of new hardware and s/w into the customer environment
Proactively work with other groups on normal process support issues, trend analysis, etc..
Reactively work with other groups to gather technical information in the case of outages, reduced services, emergencies or other exceptions from the normal process
Should keep knowledge updated by going through documentation periodically and also update the documentation whenever there is a new process or change in process.
Problem Management System support activities: admin, technical updates, troubleshooting, vendor relation
Excellent communication and Articulation skills
People Management Experience and Leadership skills
Experience and exposure to New Gen Technologies like Cloud, Cybersecurity, Automation and Orchestration, etc…
Should lead a project primarily from offshore and will be responsible for schedule, utilization, resourcing, forecasting aspects coupled with full accountability of technical implementation of the project being done at offshore.
Should be technically hands-on and guide the team in terms of process, quality and be a technical mentor.
Work closely with the onshore Solution Architect and Program Manager and drive the team towards success of the project.
Should participate in sprint planning sessions, educate the team about the process, ensure team’s active participation, understand user stories, raise queries against gaps, provide estimate against work allocated, understand the design and perform development and unit testing and update hours against actuals in configuration management tool.
Foresee issues within the project and escalate as needed. Suggest process improvements.
Development will be primarily around D365 CE, customizations and configurations.
Brainstorm around complex integrations and requirements, identify re-usable components, establish frameworks as needed, perform POCs as needed and document detailed designs.
Develop/configure external applications which integrates with D365 CE and plugins/custom workflow activities which integrates with external applications.
Investigate defects and provide fixes.
Setup CI/CD and administer the devops of the project.
Perform as a success manager for a project and work closely with the onshore Solution Architect to perform designs and be accountable for the implementation.
Technically contribute to the overall D365 CE capability – upskill, provide improvement ideas, conduct knowledge sharing sessions, groom the next managers.

Relevant Experience:

Should have total 10+ years of relevant experience in Infrastructure.

Should have been involved into Project/Transition Management activities from past 5 or 7 years where he is PM from past 5+ years.
