Qualification: Any Graduate
Role: He/she will be responsible for providing 100% voice support to the clients and online technical resolution.
Skillsets:
1. Voice based technical support experience in a global/international environment
2. Basic technical knowledge of PCs
3. Knowledge of MS Outlook troubleshooting, Internet, and Networking
4. Technical Knowledge of operating systems like Windows XP
5. Good communication and conversation skills (verbal and written)
6. Willingness to work in a 24*7 environment
