Job Description

Administering the Networker Management Console Server and command line exposure NW 8.
Networker Recovery Overview.
Performing a Browsable Recovery, Performing a Save Set Recovery.
Disaster Recovery of a Networker Server.
EMC Networker Performance Tuning.
Performing Cloning and Staging, Administering the Networker Server.
Knowledge of VTL (Configuration / Troubleshooting).
Configuring and Managing Data Domain, Tape library, Standalone Devices (SILO / JUKEBOX).
Required knowledge of Oracle, SQL, Block level, and NDMP. 10. Should have knowledge in Change Management, Problem Management.
To provide support for on-call escalations and doing root cause analysis of the given issue.
To independently resolve tickets within the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time.
To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
Work on value-adding activities such as Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts.
To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / reopen cases.
