This role will stabilize and support all learning resources associated with the Success factors EC + PMGM supports all aspects. The role will include light configuration, reporting, working with business units to form a recommendation on training approach and resolving any issues.

Qualifications:
– Minimum of 3 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP Success factors, from planning to configuration through go-live
– Certified Consultant in SAP Success factors EC along PMGM & other module will be an added advantage.
– Experience on PMGM module with at least one implementation and support project is required
– Experience as a system administrator for a very wide audience
– Experience managing learning content
– Experience or knowledge on OCN is required
– Trouble shooting system issues / user problems
– Creating & producing LMS custom reports
– Process engineering / flow
– Curriculum management
– SQL reporting
– QA testing
– Great interpersonal skills and able to consult & guide stakeholders/customers
