The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of:
Essential/Mandatory
Extensive hands on testing experience and in-depth understanding of any known CRM such as MS Dynamics, Siebel, Sales Force CRM or enterprise web application. Good exposure to Business processes of Sales, Service and Marketing domain
Hands on experience in Test Scripting, Test Data creation, Test Scenarios preparation, review of Functional / BRD requirements, clarification tracking and management, traceability matrix etc.
Experience in Test execution, manual testing, defect logging, defect tracking, documentation of Test Results through tools such as QC.
Understand different testing models such as V-model, Agile etc. Must understand different types of testing (UT, Functional Testing, SIT, Integration Testing, UAT, OAT, Performance, Load testing using Load Runner).
Ability to undertake data queries on database to analyze results or diagnose issues.
Must be able to record requirements, test scripts, use load testing, record test execution results, and generate reports in Quality Centre or other similar tools.
Must be proficient in MS Office products. Advanced skills in Excel (for data preparation or analysis).
Good analytical and communication skills, Good client-interfacing skills, Ready to travel onsite for short-term projects
Ability to understand client’s data sensitivity needs, understand basics of European Data Protection Act. Understanding of data privacy laws of other jurisdictions is desirable.
Testing / Test Execution expertise, QC and manual testing in Waterfall/V-model environment/Agile process
