Mandate Skills Good knowledge in installing, configuring and Administering Microsoft Windows platform Maintains current operating system/security patches and upgrades systems Creates and maintains shared print queues Provide server support related to other software; and manage windows environment Ability to quickly analyze & diagnose technical problems Familiar with Remote Support and should be able to interact with global users. Install, configure, manage and troubleshoot of Windows Servers Knowledge of system Hardware and System performance tuning Manage and support VMware, SAN storage, backups, patch management Experience with WSUS Experience in DNS, DHCP and WINS File Server, Print Server issues and trouble shooting knowledge Good to Have Skills Required Root Cause of this issue with Documentation knowledge – RCA Experience in an ITIL services framework Provide after- hour support as needed. Willing to work in 24×7 support rota supporting international clients Flexibility and

Interest to have the skill for resolution if any Technical Issues

(1.) To provide support for on call escalations and doing root cause analysis of given issue

(2.) To independently resolve tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time

(3.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies

(4.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts

(5.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases
