Job Description

Essential/Mandatory

• Experience in Web application Testing

Extensive hands on testing experience and in-depth understanding of data structures and architecture of any known CRM such as MS Dynamics, Siebel, Sales Force CRM or enterprise CRM application etc.
Good exposure to Business processes of Sales, Service and Marketing domain

• Additional Experience

Experience in test lead level activities such as client communication, test plan creation, team management, clarification and status tracking, status reporting etc.

• Test Scripting

Hands on experience in Test Scripting, Test Data creation, Test Scenarios preparation, review of Functional / BRD requirements, clarification tracking and management, traceability matrix etc.

• Test Execution

Experience in Test execution, manual testing, defect logging, defect tracking, documentation of Test Results through tools such as QC.

• Testing Process

Understand different testing models such as V-model, Agile etc. Must understand different types of testing (UT, Functional Testing, SIT, Integration Testing, UAT, OAT, Performance, Load testing using Load Runner).

• SQL – Basics

Ability to undertake data queries on database to analyze results or diagnose issues.

• HP QC

Must be able to record requirements, test scripts, use load testing, record test execution results, and generate reports in Quality Centre.

• Microsoft Office tools

Must be proficient in MS Office products. Advanced skills in Excel (for data preparation or analysis).

• Communication Skills:

Very Good Verbal & Written communication skills
Good analytical and communication skills
Good client-interfacing skills
Ready to travel onsite for short-term projects

• Legal/Regulatory

Ability to understand client’s data sensitivity needs, understand basics of European Data Protection Act. Understanding of data privacy laws of other jurisdictions is desirable.

Relevant Experience:

6-8 years work experience with about 3+ years in Web application / enterprise application testing

Roles and Responsibilities
Automation on CRM Testing– Having good Automation Testing experience on QTP, Preferably on MS dynamics CRM Automation or similar enterprise Web applications.
Performance Testing: Good exposure to Load Runner and similar performance tools on CRM or web applications is Preferable.
